Congratulations Ming Tsai and Massachusetts!
Thanks to Ming Tsai, the state of Massachusetts is now the first state to pass legislation regarding restaurants and food allergies. Hopefully, Massachusetts is leading the way and other states will follow. Hats off to Ming!
